Director, Registered BuilderLee works closely with each client and personally manages the building of every project. Lee has successfully managed the construction of over 300 homes during his 20 years experience in the building industry.
Lee’s firm focus on quality and trust, combined with his respected reputation in the industry has seen him win the MBA Site Manager of the Year for Western Australia in 2022. Lee has also project managed the HIA West Australian Display Home of the Year and the HIA Australian Display Home of the Year in 2021.
Ken Pain
DirectorWith more than 50 years in the building industry, Ken is a true veteran who offers extensive knowledge across all areas of the field.
He specialises in pre-construction planning, as well as fostering strong relationships with councils, designers and suppliers.
Ken is known for his remarkable attention to detail and friendly demeanor.
